What are Tea Bombs?
Tea bombs are made with an isomalt (the shell). Isomalt is a sugar substitute and is only about 50% as sweet as sucrose or table sugar. It has little to no impact on blood sugar levels, and does not stimulate the release of insulin. It also does not promote tooth decay.
The isomalt shell is filled with loose leaf teas or herbals that are contained in a non-chemical, un-bleached tea bag with a convenient string. Edible glitter and edible flowers (as seen in photos) can be added as well for a beautiful aesthetic globe. We can add color that is made from plants, veggies, and seeds. No artificial chemical colors. We can do the folllowing colors:
- Sky blue
- Berry pink
- Sunflower yellow
These artfully made Tea Bomb spheres are handmade by one of the Owners of Everything Tea. Gina creates these beautiful globes for your special event. You can choose any tea combination you like, or ask Gina for a suggestion.
Simply add hot water and watch your gorgeous tea Bomb sphere melt revealing a steeping bag! Healthy, beautiful, engaging, and fun!

Shipping Basics
Most of our orders are shipped vis USPS Priority Mail, but you're welcome to choose your shipping method at checkout. Shipping cost is calculated according to the weight of the products and packaging and the distance from our shop to the destination. We ship at actual cost, with no extra charges for handling.
All domestic orders over $55 ship FREE.
International Orders
Currently, we accept international orders from Canada, Mexico and Italy, as well as Military APOs. There are no “handling” charges. These orders ship with USPS.
