I keft on review but I just discovered Pain and Inflammation relief tea makes excellent iced tea
It is surprisingly delicious.
This tea, for me, tastes horrible. I struggle to get it down and I have to put honey in it. It’s just not for my palate. BUT that being said IT DOES HELP!! I have a lot of pain both in my back, knees, and intestinal. This tea has helped SO much. I first noticed it with my intestinal swelling and pain then as I continued to drink it, I’m noticing my other pain has been helped too!
I love it!
Taste is fine, well-rounded. Honey or agave would fix any complaints. Good for folks who have meds and are worried about interactions. (I also highly recommend @wild.women.herbs for tinctures and salves, especially her arnica and cbd salves. Her stuff is dope.) Trying 5 minute steep but may go 10-15 for full medicinal effect.
