Our Return Policy

Everything Tea works diligently to provide you with exceptional customer service and a smooth, pleasant and fun experience with each and every one of your orders. Unfortunately, we cannot return loose leaf teas or Herbals, as we cannot resell them. However, we are happy to provide you with a full in store refund (with receipt ) and within 60 days of the original purchase on all tea accessory items.
