In addition, the antioxidants in the blue pea flower can help relax the stomach and ease digestion after meals. Blends beautifully with honey, mint, ginger, and passion fruit. 

Now for the real magic! Brew a cup of butterfly blue pea flower matcha, squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into your cup, and watch the deep blue liquor turn into a gorgeous shade of purple!

For Hot Tea: 1/2 tsp. per 8oz serving. Add 1/2tsp to base of cup and add 2 oz. of hot water. Mix vigorously to make a smooth, paste-like liquid. Sweeten or add fruit to taste. 

For Iced Tea: Add 1/2 teaspoon into cup, then add 1/2tsp matcha tea powder and add 2 oz. of hot water. Mix vigorously to make a smooth, paste-like liquid. Sweeten or garnish to taste. Cool for 30-60 minutes, then pour it over ice. Enjoy!
