This is a quite bold green tea from the Fujian provence of China. It is very much about mouthfeel, as it combines light floral, vegetal, and minty notes with a dry, everlasting finish. The leaf is two leaves and a bud beautifully rolled into a ball. Legend has it that the best manufacturers can hand roll up to thirty pounds of this tea in an hour.
